Private endodontic practice near Tysons area is seeking a full-time dental assistant to join our team. We are looking for hardworking, team-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills to help our practice be efficient and provide high quality patient care.

You will be responsible for the following duties:

- Assist the dentist during procedures by handing them instruments and other necessary materials
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Prepare exam rooms for patients and ensure that all instruments are properly sterilized
- Conduct patient assessments and take vital signs
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, and handling medical documentation using Epic software

Requirements:
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
- Attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety protocols
